Codices and Ancient Documents Exhibit Museum

Scrinium opens a new window over the world, the new exhibition area in the venetian headquarter was inaugurated on last October 19th.

As special guests of the opening ceremony of the CADEM (Codices and Ancient Documents Exhibit Museum) Scrinium hosted the Consular Group of Latin America and Caribbean countries in north Italy who accepted the invitation to bring to their countries a testimony of the richness and beauty of Scrinium’s projects.

For the special opening ceremony, Scrinium welcomed Marisela Morales, President of the Consular Group of Latin America and Caribbean and General Consul of Mexico, Lorenzo F. Alderisio, Vice President of the Consular Group and Hon. Consul of Nicaragua, Sergio Efraín Morales Sosa, Secretary General of the Consular Group, the Minister Counsellor Ricardo Duarte, Consul Generalo of Uruguay in Milan; Augusto Salamanca Castro, Consul general of Perù in Milan; Pedro González, Consul general of Chile in Milan; Eva Gloria Chuquimia Mamani, Consul general of Bolivia in Milan; Michelangela Vismara, Consul of Bahamas in Milan; Claudia Granati Buccellati, Consul of Panama in Milan; Claudio Scarpa, Consul of Uruguay in Venice; Rebecca Lagares, Vice Consul of the General Consulate of Dominican Republic in Milan; Joaquín Taveras, Vice Consul of the General Consulate of Dominican Republic in Milan; Daniel Sigua, Official Media Partner of the Consular Group; Graziella Viglietti, Secretary of the Consulate of Mexico in Venice.

The CADEM, with its significant and rich collection of ancient documents, is open, by appointment, to the general public, school groups, researchers and lovers of history.
