INFORMATION AND CONSENT PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003 (PRIVACY LAW). Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 SCRINIUM® hereby informs you that your personal data that you supply through this website will be collected and processed on paper and by computerised means in full respect of the Privacy Law. The data will be processed for administrative, managerial, personnel selection, statistics, sales and marketing purposes. LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30.06.2003, CHAPTER II, RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED, ARTICLE 7 (RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS): the person concerned has the right to confirmation as to whether the personal data exists, even if it has not been recorded yet, and to receive a comprehensible copy of the same. The person concerned has the right to learn: a) where the personal data was obtained; b) the purpose of and method used for processing; c) the logic applied if processed by computer; d) details of the data processing owner, managers and representatives, as per article 5, paragraph 2); e) the subjects and categories that the personal data may be disclosed to or who could come across the data being representatives in the country, as managers and appointed persons. The person concerned has the right: a) to update, amend or, when opportune, to implement the data; b) to cancel, transform into anonymous form, or block any data processed in violation of law, including all data that does not need keeping for the purposes for which it has been collected or processed; c) declaration that the operations at letters a) and b) herein have been fully notified to all those who have received the data, unless such request is impossible or requires resources out of proportion to the protected right. The person concerned has the right to oppose all or part: a) for legitimate reasons any processing of his or her personal data, even if it is pertinent to the purpose it was collected for; b) to the personal data being processed for purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials, for market surveys and for sales notifications.
